Baggage Delayed For 5+ Days
In case your baggage hasn’t been retrieved within a five-day period after you’ve reported it, contact the airline to provide a detailed description of the baggage and its content. Reimbursement of Expenses

If your delayed baggage hasn’t been traced within this 21-day period, it is officially declared lost. Following this, you will be eligible to apply for compensation with the airline.
Compensation up to €1300 can be claimed.
Note that it’s not recommended to carry electronics, artwork, jewellery, etc., in checked baggage, as Aegean Airlines (like other airlines) isn’t responsible to compensate for the full value of such items, only up to the limit stipulated by the Montreal Convention and its Conditions of Carriage.
